Our new Leadership Circle is a peer group of executive directors of small organizations that meets once a month at the New York library/learning center to explore challenges and practical solutions around nonprofit management issues, including communications, board relations, fundraising, and collaboration. In an informal roundtable format, members can share insights, including tips on how to handle on-the-job isolation. Membership is by application.
